WARNING!

The following
Private medical student(doctor) names,
Grade Point Averages, GPA and
United States Medical Licensing Examination, USMLE scores were
disclosed by

Trinity Health,
St Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital, and
Wall Street owned medical school
American University of Antigua
(a.k.a. Greater Carribean Resources, GCLR, LLC
AUA Medical School, AUA College of Medicine, MEA).

These private student records were disclosed during clinical rotations at
Trinity Health, St Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.

GCLR, LLC(a.k.a MEA and AUA) is a New York limited liability company
2 Wall Street, 10th Floor, New York, New York.

AUA recieved Sallie Mae student aid during the time of the disclosure.





American University of Antigua, AUA/GCLR filed a Federal lawsuit against me for exposing their incompetence!

American University of Antigua claimed violations of Federal laws including:
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act(FERPA) and
tortious interference
(i.e. violating a contract between GCLR (a.k.a AUA) and their students!)

The Federal Courts ruled American University of Antigua's FERPA claims were "Ridiculous"
FERPA only applies to schools...

The Federal Courts then ruled AUA did not violate any contracts,
even though the student handbook stated:

"Privacy Rights
The University adheres to the mandates of the
United States Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act(FERPA)"

The Federal Courts enjoined statetments that AUA breached contracts....

This is where the biggest scam starts!

The "Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act"
The "Civil Right" of "Privacy" for students Does Not Exist!!!

This Law does not grant or provide any such action
even though the name of the law implies otherwise!
"Rights and Privacy"

This is the scam of the law,
students are made to believe in something that does not exist!
The Federal Court enjoined stating that the University violates Civil Rights!

The Federal Courts and Department of Education refuse to sanction
American University of Antigua for violating
the privacy of these students!

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act(FERPA), Higher Education Act(HEA) are
designed to protect colleges and universities,
not students!

These laws are just a way to deny students
Due Process, jury trial, and judicial remedy for violations
against students by schools, colleges, and universities!

These are my personal experiences with
Neal Simon, American University of Antigua,
Trinity Health, St Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital

They sued me for exposing their violation of Federal Law!

The judge called their claim "Ridiculous"
but did NOTHING to them!

Federal Judges lied in Court Orders to protect them!
The Department of Education did
NOTHING!

Federal Judges don't uphold the
-Constitution (Free Speech or Due Process)

Federal Laws i.e.
-Federal Law 20 USC 1232g
"Family Educational Rights Protection Act (FERPA)"

-Federal Law 20 USC 1011a
"Protection of Student Speech"
(D)students should not be intimidated, harassed, discouraged from
speaking out, or discriminated against; or

-Federal Law 28 USC 453 Oath of Office

-Federal Court Rules 11
"(1) it is not being presented for any improper purpose, such as to harass,
cause unnecessary delay, or needlessly increase the cost of litigation"

-Federal Court Rules 37 Discovery Sanctions

During the case I requested my student records,
they refused to produce my records to date!
